- 1/2 cup sour cream. - 4 eggs. - 4 cups Bleached all purpose Flour. - 2 cups granulated sugar. - 1 cup Ghirardelli Dutch process cocoa powder. - 2 teaspoons baking powder. - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
- 2 tablespoons Starbucks instant coffee. - 1 1/3 cup Crisco veg shortening. - 1 cup veg oil. - 2 teaspoon of vanilla. - For filling - 2 cups creamy peanut butter. - 2 sticks unsalted softened butter. - 2 teaspoons vanilla. - 2 (8 ounces) packages of softened cream cheese. - 4 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar

Heat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl fitted with a whisk attachment add flour, cocoa , baking powder.
Sugar , baking soda and coffee until combined then add.
Shortening , sour cream , eggs , oil and vanilla mix until combined and
refrigerate the 25 minutes and scoop 1 tablespoon size balls 2 inches apart in prepared
baking sheets then bake for 8 to 10 minutes and once removed from the oven slam
cookie sheet on the surface and transfer cookies to wire rack to cool completely.
And in A stand stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment combine cream cheese and butter
and peanut butter until light and fluffy then add vanilla and powdered sugar mix in low.
speed until
smooth then scoop 1 to 2 tablespoons of filling on each cookie and top with.
the other cookie then store in airtight food safe containers
