¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
1 cup soft butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
2¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
9 ounces chocolate chips
3 ounces butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixer add the first 5 ingredients and mix well until all ingredients have a creamy consistency. In a separate bowl whisk dry ingredients together. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix them together. Add the chocolate and butterscotch chips only until distributed well. If you over blend the chips it will break down the batter. Cool for 1 hour, then using a small scoop place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake at 350º for 8 to 9 minutes. Right when you take them out of the oven, sprinkle with a little sea salt or Maldon. Cool and enjoy.
