1 1/2 - 2 lbs ground meat
1 c chopped onions (green)
8 oz. cream chese (optional)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c milk
1 can biscuit
1 tsp salt
1/4 c catsup (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, onions, and green pepper; drain. Combine cream cheese, soup, and milk. Add salt, catsup and beef mixture. Pour into 2 quart casserole and bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Place biscuits on top of casserole. Bake until golden brown - about 20 minutes.
