2 T cornstarch in measuring cup.

Directions:
Directions:
Put the 2 tablespoons cornstarch in a 1 cup measuring cup. Fill with unsifted all-purpose flour. Sift 3 times. 1 cup of this equals 1 cup sifted cake flour.
