3 lbs. beef (roast or round steak) cut in pieces
2 lbs. pork cut in pieces
1 bunch celery, chopped
4 onions, chopped
2 cans bean sprouts
2 c. water
dry chinese noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown celery, onions, and meat. Add bean sprouts and water. Cook slowly about 2 hours, adding water as needed. Add soy sauce and salt to taste. Thicken with corn starch or flour and water and let set about 3 hours. Serve hot over dry noodles.
