2 cups canned garbanzo beans
1/4 to 1/2 cup of liquid from beans
1/2 cup tahini
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 fresh lemon juice
2 to 3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Put ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve with warm bread or pitas.
