Ingredients:  
Wash and soak beans over night.
2 cups mixed beans.
Drain. Rinse. Add:
1 ham bone
Bring to a boil in 2 1/2 water. Simmer on low for 3 1/2 hours. Then Add:
1 C. chopped onion
2 cups tomato sauce
1/2 to 1 Tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons garlic

Directions:

Simmer 30 minutes longer
Add any kind of meat if desired.
