1 cup sugar
1 cup honey
1/2 cup vinegar

Directions:
Boil to a hard crack stage. Pour into an oven safe buttered dish, until it is cool enough to handle. It will still be very warm. Stretch until it is a light creamy honey color. Stretch and twist into a long rope and lay on wax paper. Gently crease every inch or so with the edge of a knife. Let harden. This will break easily at indentions when tapped with the handle of a knife to break into bite size pieces.

Personal Notes:
This is a great old pioneer recipe from our great Great Grandma Olson. We used to make it all of the time when I (Jenny) was a child.
