3/4 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
2 tbsp. water
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and brown sugar.
Add eggs and water.
Sift and stir in dry ingredients.
Add raisins and nuts

Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees until set and lightly brown.
