3 tbsp cornstarch
1 can (10 1/2 oz) Campbell's Condenses Chicken Broth
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 in. pieces
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 small green pepper OR red pepper, cut into 2 in. strips
4 cups hot cooked rice

Mix cornstarch and broth
Heat oil in skillet, Add chicken and stir-fry until until browned
Add broth mixture, pineapple, sugar, vinegar and peppers
Heat to a boil. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Cover
Cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve over hot rice
