1 1/2 Tablespoons Poppy Seeds
2/3 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
3/4 Cup Olive Oil
2/3 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoon grated onion, or dried onion flakes
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 teaspoon dry mustard

Stir until sugar is dissolved, and chill.

Emily makes this dressing so often; we just call it Emily’s dressing. It is dark and thick and very yummy. It turns out differently when anyone else tries to make it so good luck! It is really wonderful.
