1 head of fresh cauliflower
1 head of fresh broccoli
1/2 small red onion
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup nuts (optional)
1 cup Miracle whip mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut cauliflower into florets. Drain thoroughly. Wash and cut broccoli into florets. Drain thoroughly. Dice red onion.
Toss cauliflower and broccoli together thoroughly. Add onions, raisins and nuts, if desired and toss together thoroughly. Add sugar and vinegar and toss gently. Add Miracle Whip and toss thoroughly. Cover and let set in refrigerator until served.
