1 package (6 oz.) Chicken flavored stuffing mix
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp chopped parsley
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare stuffing mix according to package, but add vegetables along with the seasoning packet. Combine soup, milk and parsley and set aside. In a shallow baking dish, arrange stuffing across the center of the dish. Spoon a thin layer of sauce on each side of the stuffing. Place chicken breasts on top of soup mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake another 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
