3/4 cup orange juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 T. sugar

1 1/2 cup chopped mango
3 T. jalapeno pepper - seeded and minced
3/4 cup cilantro - no stems

I put these items in food precessor.

Directions:

Boil and reduce orange juice, salt, pepper and sugar to 6 T. Add remaining ingredients.
