Directions:
Directions:
Prepare grill. Cut pinapple lengthwise through leaaves, keeping
leaves attached, into 8 wedges. Grill pineapple wedges, a cut
side down, on a lightly oiled rack. Set slices of pineapple on
grill for 2 minutes on each side. Serve slice of grilled pineapple
with scoop of vanilla ice cream and mint leaf.
