3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon fresh herbs de provence
2 pounds bonless chicken breasts
Wooden sticks for skewer

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs de
provence over chicken overnight or 4-6 hours.

Cook chicken breasts on grill for 10 minutes on each side.
Cut chicken diagonally in 1/2 inch thick slices.

Skewer with wooden sticks.
Serve with Peanut Dipping Sauce.
