Chicken
salt & pepper
onion



Batter:
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Stew chicken with salt & pepper and onion to taste. Remove from broth, remove skin and debone. Mix flour, salt & pepper, and baking powder together. Add eggs and milk. Beat until smooth. Dip chicken pieces or clumps of chicken meat in batter and fry in hot oil.

After removing the chicken, I use the broth to make dumplings or just make a rice soup to go with the chicken.
