1 1/2 c sugar
3 tbsp flour
2 eggs
1/2 c melted margarine
1 c buttermilk
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
Unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Measure sugar and flour into bowl. Beat 2 eggs and add to mixture. Add margarine and buttermilk. Fold in vanilla and lemon juice. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
