4 chicken breasts cut into pieces
2 cups cooked rice
3 cups soup broth
1 can rotel
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chiles
salt, pepper & onion to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breasts with salt, pepper & onions until done. Add soup broth, rotel & green chiles. Reduce heat; cover and and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in rice (you may have to add more water depending on how soupy you like it). Ladle into bowls. Garnish with tomatos or avocados. Eat with tostitos or tortilla chips.
