1 pt heavy cream
4 egg yolks
2/3 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cream until warm in double boiler. Separately, beat yolks, sugar and vanilla together. Add cream, mixing well. Pour into 6 ramekins and put into pan filled with 1 inch of water. Bake 300 for 1 hour. Chill. Sprinkle with sugar and put under broiler to melt just before serving for a carmelized brulee
