3 c sugar
3/4 c cocoa
1 1/2 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cocoa and milk in med saucepan. Cook, stirring until comes to a boil and is soft ball stage.Remove from heat, add vanilla and butter and beat until thick. Use to ice a white sheet cake. Or can be poured into buttered pan and allow to cool. Cut into squares for fudge
