2 carrots, chopped
2 celery sticks, chopped
2 potatoes, cubed
1 green pepper, chopped
5 cups water
2 cups tomato or V-8 juice
6 tsp. bouillon
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a big pot. Add water and juice. Bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Add bouillon and butter. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes.
