1 box Pillsbury double chocolate cake mix
2 eggs (whisked)
1/3 c olive oil

Frosting
1 stick unsalted butter
2 tbsp cocoa
3 tbsp milk
2 c powdered sugar
1/2 c crushed pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Cookies

Combine cake mix, oil and whisked eggs in large bowl. The dough will be very thick.

Using a cookie scoop, scoop onto parchment lined cookie sheet.

Bake for 7-9 minutes, remove from oven and let cool.

Frosting

Combine butter, cocoa powder and milk in a sauce pan over medium heat until everything is melted and mixed together.

Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and small crushed pecans.

Pour frosting over cookies to cover cookie completely.

Let frosting set and enjoy.
