1 c. dry beans (small white)
3 quarts water
Cook beans until tender

1 quart tomatoes
1 c. diced celery
2 c. diced carrots
1/3 c. uncooked rice
1/3 c. diced onions
1 beef bullion cube
1/4 tsp. pepper
salt to taste
1 pound hamburger, browned and seasoned

Directions:

Soak beans overnight in salt water, drain and cook.
Cook beans, add vegetables, rice, bullion and seasonings. Add tomatoes last when vegetables have cooked. ( tomatoes will stop the other veggies from cooking.) Add browned hamburger.

Can cook beans in crock pot overnight and then add the remaing ingredients in the morning. Soup will be cooked by late afternoon.
