1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup of green peppers, chopped
3 cups cooked macaroni noodles
Note: (2 1/3 cup uncooked noodles usually makes 3 cups cooked)
1/3 cup (2 ounces) thin-sliced pepperoni
1 3/4 cups (one 15 ounce can) Huntís regular or Chunky Tomato Sauce
1 cup (4 oz.) canned sliced mushrooms (drained)
1 teaspoon Italian or pizza seasoning
1 1/2 cups Kraft shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese (divided into two 3/4 cups)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet sprayed with olive-flavored cooking spray, brown beef and onions. Drain off fat. Stir in green peppers, cooked noodles, pepperoni, tomato sauce, mushrooms, 3/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese, and seasoning.

Mix well. Pour into an ungreased 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Bake 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese on top. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
