2 lbs. Lean stew meat, cubed
6 potatoes, quartered
1 cup cut celery pieces
6 carrots, cut
1 onion, cut
1 small can string beans
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons tapioca

Directions:
Directions:
Cut carrots in 3 or 4 pieces, quarter potatoes, cut onion and celery into pieces. Add all ingredients together, cover and bake 4 hours at 250 degrees.
