Green tomatoes, large 2 eggs, beaten Flour or corn meal Salt and pepper Vegetable oil.
Use large green tomatoes and cut crosswise in 1/2 inch slices, salt and pepper. Dip each piece into beaten eggs and dip each slice into flour or corn meal. Fry at once in hot oil until a light golden color.
