1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 eggs
Salt and pepper
Crackers (Ritz or soda crackers),crushed
(enough to thicken mixture)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Shape into patties and fry in hot fat or oil until golden brown.
