5 c. - chicken broth
c. - heavy cream
2 medium - russet potatoes, peeled & cubed
4 c. - spinach
1 lb. - Italian sausage, browned & sliced in. or in.
tsp. - black pepper
tsp. - red pepper, crushed
tsp. - garlic OR to taste
1 pinch - nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine stock and cream over medium heat. Add potatoes, spinach, sausage, and spices and simmer 2 hours. Makes 6 servings.
