1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 cups dry chow mein noodles
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
sea salt, to sprinkle

Directions:
Directions:
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easier clean up.
2. Place the chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high in 20 second intervals. Stirring after every 20 seconds until smooth.
Stir in chow mein noodles until completely covered.
3. Drop by spoonful on to a baking sheet. Press down slightly and push in sides until you have the form you like. (I prefer thinner cookies are they are easier to eat)
4. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and sea salt (if desired).
5. Refrigerate for 2 hour to set the chocolate.
6. Store in fridge or other cool place.
