3/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups rolled oats
1 2/3 cups butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
In large bowl beat the butter, white sugar and brown sugar together. Add the eggs and vanilla, beating well.
Stir together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and stir until blended. Stir in the oats and butterscotch chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes until the edges begin to brown.
