1 tbls. oil,
1 c. chopped onion,
3 green or red peppers,
1 tbsp. minced garlic,
2 tbsp. each oregano and basil,
64oz. can tomatoe juice,
4 cs. water,
1( 14.5 oz.) tomatoes w/ garlic and onions,
1 tsp. salt,
1/2 tsp pepper.
1 bag frozen tortellini and meatballs(frozen or see recipe for Robin's meatballs)

Using lg. kettle fry peppers, onions, basil& oregano until veggies are soft. Add tomato juice and water bring to a boil. Stir in pasta and cook 12 to 15 minutes or until tender. Add meatballs, canned tomatoes, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
