1 tube cookie dough
1 bag wrapped caramels
3 Tbsp cream

Directions:
Directions:
Divide tube of cookie dough in half. Melt almost a full bag of caramels with 3 Tbsp cream - 20 sec in microwave, stir repeat until melted.

Spread half of the cookie dough into a greased 9x9 pan. Pour caramel and top with a sprinkle of sea salt. Crumble other half of cookie dough onto of caramel layer and pat into a solid layer.

Bake @ 325º for 30 minutes.

This was from one of my mom's coworkers (Callie Spengler) when she worked at a company called Moore. I don't think the company is in business any more.

The recipe doesn't say what kind of cookie dough to buy - I would imagine sugar cookie, choco-chip, or similar dough would work.
