1 lb. ground beef
1 egg beaten
8 oz. can tomato soup
1 1/4 c. quick oats
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 medium onion minced
bacon strips

Directions:
Directions:
Line bottom of baking dish with bacon strips. Combine rest of ingredients and mix lightly. Pour over bacon strips and cook at 350 for 1 hour.
You may want to put ketchup over top of loaf for a more decorative look.
