4 medium potatoes
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 tbls. butter
2 tbls. minced garlic
1 tsp basil
1 tbls. chives
2 tbls. finely chopped onion
2 tbls. parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes into slices but, not all the way through. Place into baking dish and fan slightly. Combine all remaining ingredients together in microwaveable bowl and melt. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 425 for about 50 minutes uncovered until lightly browned and soft inside

You can add cheddar cheese to the top of the potatoes in the last 10 minutes of cooking
