c. - Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
2 T. - fresh parsley, minced
1 tsp. - dried oregano
1 - garlic clove, minced
tsp. - ground pepper
2 whole - chicken breasts, skinned & boned (separate for 4 halves)
3 T. - butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic and pepper. Dip chicken breasts in melted butter and then in cheese mixture. Place in shallow baking dish. Drizzle remaining butter over chicken. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until tender.
