3/4 c butter, softened
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
2 3/4 c flour
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 c Brach’s chocolate covered peppermint chips
1 c Andes peppermint crunch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs, vanilla, and peppermint, mixing until creamy. Add in baking soda and salt until blended. Add flour and cocoa and mix until combined. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Drop by tablespoon full onto a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are set. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
