1 c. instant rice
1 c. water
1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a pot, bring to a boil 1 c. instant rice and 1 c. water. Set aside. Crumble 1 lb. sausage in large pan. Cook and stir until all pink color is gone. Pour on paper towel to drain. In skillet, sautÚ chopped celery and chopped onion. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. milk. Stir, simmer, add rice and sausage. Pour into casserole and bake covered 20 minutes, uncovered 10 minutes. 375-400║ F.
