2 stalks celery, cut in pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
6 medium potatoes, cubed
2 carrots, cut in pieces or mini carrots whole
3 cups water
5 chicken flavored bouillon cubes
Dash of pepper
Dash of garlic
2 cups shredded cheese
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. mixed seasonings salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté celery and onions in butter, then add all ingredients except cheese and milk. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat when tender. Mash vegetables. Add milk and cheese. Return to heat. Cook and stir until cheese melts.
