21/2 lb. stew meat 2 bay leaves
8 medium potatoes, peeled 1 pkg. onion soup mix
8 large carrots, peeled
1 can cream of celery soup
1 medium onion, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom (or chicken)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275. Cut vegetables into chunks. Layer in a large casserole, or 9x13 pan (sprayed with cooking spray), beef, vegetables, then repeat. Sprinkle soup mix over top, then add bay leaves and pour soups on top. Cover with lid or foil and bake 6-8 hours.
