2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, and cut into strips
10 bamboo skewers (5 inch) soaked in water
1 can poultry rub
1 jar Apple-Apricot Chutney

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate the chicken for at least four hours and then skewer. Grill the chicken until cooked through. Serve with the chutney.
