2¼ Cups All Purpose Flour
2 Eggs
1⅓ Cups Firmly Packed Light Brown Sugar
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
¾ Cup Butter (Softened)
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla
½ tsp. Salt
½ Cup Chopped Nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream Butter and Brown Sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add Eggs and Vanilla, mix until smooth and consistent.
3. In a separate bowl combine Flour, Salt and Baking Soda, mix well.
4. Combine dry ingredients into wet ingredients, mix well.
5. Stir in Chocolate Chips. (Nuts if desired)
6. Separate into dough balls
7. Refrigerate for 2 hours (if you can handle waiting that long)
8. Place dough balls on a greased baking sheet 3 inches apart.

Bake at 350ºF for 10-12 minutes (Less time for a gooier center). Remove from oven and let sit on baking sheet until bottom of cookies are set, approximately 10 minutes. Finish cooling on wire rack, if you can wait any longer.
