1/4 c. soy sauce 1 tbsp. dried onion flakes 3 tbsp. honey 3 tbsp. vinegar 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 3 to 4 lb. flank steak (or other steak)
Combine ingredients in shallow dish. Score flank steak 1/4 inch on both sides. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 6 hrs. or up to 48 hrs., turning steak occasionally. Broil or grill steak for about 10 minutes on each side.
