2 Tablespoon Oleo 2 1/2 Cup Milk 1/4 Cup Flour 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese 1 Teaspoon Salt 8 ounces macaroni 1/2 Teaspoon Dry Mustard 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
Melt butter in medium saucepan. Blend in flour, salt, and pepper. Gradually stir in milk and half of cheese. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and smooth. Stir in cooked macaroni. Pour into 8x11 dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set.
