2 cups pumpkin
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1/3 cup water
3 1/2 cups flour
3 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
nuts or raisins, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pumpkin, eggs, oil, and water. Mix well. Sift dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture. Mix well. Pour into 3 greased and floured 8.5 x 4.5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until a knife put into the center of the bread comes out clean.
