1 1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup melted shortening ( I prefer butter)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 Eggs

Roll dough in:
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 T. sugar

mix ingredients together with teaspoon take and form balls, roll in cinnamon/ sugar , place on baking sheet. Bake at 350º
