Ingredients:  
1 cup brown sugar,
1 stick butter or margarine,
1/2 cup white Karo,
1/2 tsp baking soda,
1 tsp vanilla,
Nuts (if desired).
8 to 10 cups of popped popcorn

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan, boil brown sugar, butter and karo for 5 minutes. Add baking soda & vanilla & pour over popcorn. Add nuts. Bake @ 250 for 30 minutes.
