2 lb. frozen hash browns (not shredded)
1 c. diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. sour cream
6 tbsp. of butter
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in large bowl and mix together well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place in 13x9x2 baking dish. Bake @ 350 for 60-90 minutes.

This dish is perfect for a summer bar-b-que side dish, served with eggs for breakfast/brunch or even as a main lunch course. It is one of my favorite recipes to prepare as well as to eat!
