6 boneless chicken breasts,
2 eggs /w salt and pepper,
cracker crumbs,
1 T butter,
1 15 oz. can of tomato sauce,
1/4 tsp garlic powder,
1/2 tsp basil,
1/2 cup parmsan cheese,
8 oz. mozarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken breasts in egg and roll in crumbs, brown in oil. Place in oblong baking dish.
Bring tomato sauce, garlic powder and basil to boil and simmer for 10". Remove from heat.
Melt butter, pour over chicken, add sauce and top with parmesan cheese. Cover and bake @ 350 for 30 ". Add mozzarella cheese & return to oven uncovered for 10 " Serve with buttered pasta.
