1 egg,
3 T. butter,
1 cup sugar,
1 cup flour,
2 tsp baking powder,
1/4 tsp salt,
sliced apples.
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 7 ingredients and pour batter in a greased pan, and slice apples over top. Cover with cinnamon and bake. (This is one of mom's - Emily- with no time or temp.) I would bake it at 350 for about 30 minutes and check if toothpick comes out clean.
